Introduction:
The machine can be used in a variety of manufacturers which produce fruit juice, dressing sauce, health-care products, cosmetic goods, detergent, pesticide, medical and petroleum products, etc.
Frequency controlled drive is used in main machine and bottle conveyor.
Ultrasonic is employed to control the liquid level in the bowl, which ensures more stable and accurate filling process.
Equipped with filling valve safety device, the high pressure liquid can be released in case of blockage.
An adjustable mechanism for accurate filling level.
Automatic electric and mechanical devices for overload protection.
Automatic control system of in feeding bottles: detecting bottles fed to the machine and switching on/off the machine automatically, if necessary. (at customer/s option, cost separately)
Automatic detecting system for bottle discharge. (at customer/s option, cost separately)
Specified space between the mouth of filling valve and the liquid level is constantly kept during filling process. And also to prevent foaming, the filling valve is designed either up away from or down into the liquid according to the type of liquid product.
